Values & Practices

OUR VALUES AND PRACTICES SHAPE HOW WE FOLLOW JESUS, BUILD COMMUNITY, AND LIVE OUT THE GOSPEL TOGETHER EVERY DAY.

Our Values

Our values guide how we grow in faith, build community, and reflect the love of Jesus in all we do.

These Are Our Practices

Devotion To Scripture

01

We Are Church is structured to cultivate a culture where everyone spends daily time with God through Scripture and prayer. Rather than relying on Sunday sermons to be “fed,” our church follows a shared reading plan, fostering personal growth and meaningful discussion during weekly gatherings.

Small Simple Gatherings

02

We gather in house churches of 10-20 people, believing that smaller communities help us truly know, love, and care for one another as family. Like Paul and Jesus, we trust that the power of the gospel—not eloquence or programs—should be the foundation that draws people and shapes our churches.

Everyone Discipled and Discipling

03

Everyone is called to make disciples by sharing the gospel and caring for other believers. Discipleship is messy and takes time, requiring deep relationships, hard conversations, and walking with others through life’s challenges.

Everyone Exercises Gifts

04

Paul reminds us that every believer is given spiritual gifts for the good of the church, and each gift is essential to the body (1 Cor 12:7). Yet, do we truly live this out, or do we elevate certain roles while overlooking the value of others?

Regular Multiplication of Churches

05

Churches often lose intimacy as they grow, but the key to staying healthy is multiplication. Just as trees produce more trees, healthy churches raise leaders and plant new churches, continuing God’s design for growth.
